This past weekend, the ongoing antisemitic campaign against Indigo and its Jewish CEO, Heather Reisman, targeted another store, this time in Burnaby, BC. A photo of a group of individuals depicting themselves as Palestinians in bloody body bags in front of an Indigo store in the Metropolis at Metrotown shopping mall was shared on social media on Friday.

This appalling incident comes one month after an Indigo store in downtown Toronto was vandalized with red paint and posters falsely accusing Reisman of "Funding Genocide." Eleven people have since been arrested and charged by Toronto police.

In response to this antisemitic campaign targeting Indigo stores with defamatory allegations and calls for a boycott, Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center, the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto and CIJA have launched a joint counter-campaign: BUYcott Indigo.

Join us in opposing this hateful campaign by shopping at Indigo this holiday season. Please share this initiative widely to help spread the word.
