Court Grants McGill a 10-day Injunction Restricting Activities of Anti-Israel Group

A Quebec judge granted McGill University a 10-day injunction against the anti-Israel group Students for Palestine’s Honour and Resistance McGill (SPHR), prohibiting it from obstructing access to university buildings, staging protests within five metres of McGill property and intimidating students and staff. This comes after a three-day anti-Israel strike on campus saw protesters deface buildings, block classrooms and call for faculty members who continued teaching to be "named and shamed."

Anti-Israel Protesters Vandalize Concordia University’s Institute of Israel Studies

Montreal police are investigating after the Azrieli Institute of Israel Studies at Concordia University was vandalized Thursday night, just before the major Jewish holiday of Passover, with its windows shattered and door graffitied with the words "genocide institute."

Pierre Poilievre and Mark Carney Both Promise Support for Jewish Community

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre promised on Saturday he would be a steadfast ally of the Jewish people and bring in tougher sentences for people who commit vandalism targeting the Jewish community, stating at a press conference, "We will bring in tougher laws, to target vandalism, hate marches that break laws and violent attacks based on ethnicity and religion." At an announcement on Thursday, Liberal Leader Mark Carney promised that his government would make it a criminal offence to intentionally obstruct access to any place of worship or to threaten people attending services.

Noa Argamani Named Among TIME Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People of 2025

Noa Argamani, who was abducted by Hamas terrorists during the October 7 Nova music festival, has been named one of Time magazine's 100 most influential people of 2025. Held hostage for 246 days before being rescued, she has since emerged as a powerful voice for those still held in captivity. In a moving tribute, Douglas Emhoff, husband of former U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris, described Argamani’s courage and transformation into a symbol of strength.

Maccabi Tel Aviv Soccer Fans Receive Compensation From Netherlands for Amsterdam Attack

A number of Maccabi Tel Aviv soccer fans who were violently attacked on the streets of Amsterdam five months ago are being given financial compensation for the onslaught, according to the Tel Aviv-based law firm that coordinated legal efforts on behalf of the victims. Compensation for victims of the attack reportedly ranges from 1,000 to 35,000 Euros ($1,113–$38,958) and is being issued through the Netherlands’ Criminal Injuries Compensation Fund.

Family of Murdered Hostage Reunited with Dog Rescued from Gaza

Billy the Cavalier King Charles spaniel, who was discovered by a Golani Brigade in the area around Rafah after being kidnapped from Kibbutz Nir Oz during the October 7, 2023 Hamas terror attack, has been reunited with her family. The dog belonged to Rachel Dancyg, the ex-wife of the late Holocaust historian Alex Dancyg who was kidnapped by Hamas terrorists and later murdered in captivity.
