"It starts with words and it gets more powerful as we go along," Holocaust survivor Max Eisen told media today following recent antisemitic vandalism in Toronto that targeted a Holocaust education sign featuring Eisen. Today he spoke out about his reaction to the incident and discussed what can be done to counter and prevent such hatred in our communities.

Canada: Israel’s Role in Rescuing White Helmet Volunteers ‘Indispensable’
In an interview with The Jerusalem Post, Canada’s Deputy Head of Mission Anthony Hinton said that Israel’s role was “indispensable” in saving the lives of the White Helmet rescue workers and their families. "From Canada’s perspective, Israel’s role was indispensable... there was no way to save these Syrians without Israel’s coordination, collaboration and leadership," he said.
Argentina Apprehends Terror Cell Financing Hezbollah
Argentine police have arrested 14 Lebanese nationals and seized $10 million in assets in connection to a terror cell believed to be financing acts of terror carried out by Hezbollah. According to reports, the raid was made possible largely due to US and Israeli intelligence.
In First, Palestinians to Head Bloc of 134 Nations at UN
Palestinians will reportedly be presiding over the Group of 77 next year, a bloc consisting of 134 developing nations that often speaks in one voice at the UN General Assembly. Israel’s Ambassador to the UN Danny Danon spoke out about this decision, stating, “The goal of the Group of 77 originally was to facilitate the economic advancement of underdeveloped nations… It is unfortunate that it will now become a platform for spreading lies and incitement.”

According to local officials, suicide bombings at a vegetable market and public square, along with raids on local villages, have killed at least 90 people in Syria. The attacks happened in the city of Sweida, which consists mostly of Druse people and has largely been spared violence.
