FSWC TakingAction and Demanding Immediate Removal of “Free Palestine” Items Sold on Amazonand eBay
TORONTO (June 8,2017)– Yesterday, Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center for Holocaust Studies (FSWC) washorrified to learn that both Amazon and eBay have been selling “Free Palestine”merchandise on their Canadian and American sites. In light of this discovery,FSWC President and CEO Avi Benlolo reached out to both Amazon and eBay,requesting the immediate removal of these antisemitic and anti-Israel itemsthat produce hateful propaganda messages.
FSWChas now heard back from both Amazon and eBay, and is confident that they willdo the right thing by removing these items from their Canadian and Americanwebsites.
