Toronto (February 26, 2020) - Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center (FSWC) supports the South Simcoe Police Service’s investigation into an incident involving a metal briefcase spray painted with a swastika that was found in Innisfil.

Police were informed of the briefcase, which was also holding a dead skunk, on Monday.

Police confirmed with FSWC that the case was left on the side of a road in an unpopulated area and they do not believe anyone was targeted. A search for video footage of the area is currently underway, and anyone with information is being asked to contact South Simcoe Police Service.
